A Proven Leader for the Next Generation

Together, I know we can bring California back to its greatness. That's why I'm asking you to support my candidacy for the California State Assembly.

As a veteran of the United States Navy, I worked my way up through the ranks serving as a Russian Translator in Naval Intelligence and one of the first women approved to fly reconnaissance missions overseas. I worked my way through college graduating with a Master's degree in Business Administration, raised a family, owned and operated a small business, and served as Mayor of a City. I understand the problems that need to be solved in Sacramento because I've already solved them in local government.

I'm proud that as Mayor and Council Member, we:

• balanced the budget,
• prioritized and reduced expenditures,
• negotiated ground breaking pension reforms, and,
• provided much needed relief to job creators and small businesses through annual tax holidays.

Its time to tone down the rhetoric, promote a culture that brings leaders together and focus on solving the big problems being ignored by Sacramento.

I know the mission at hand: Get Californians working again. Through fiscal discipline and creating economic opportunities we can ensure a more secure future for the next generation.
